Model Homes

Algodones Residencial-an Exclusive waterfront development on Playa Algodones in San Carlos, Sonora Mexico.

There are only 57 home sites available in this development. Lot sizes range from slightly less than 4000 sq.ft. to 9000 sq. ft. This development will be developer built.

The projected  pricing is $80 per sq. ft. of a/c space.  A variety of floor plans and exterior styles will be available for your consideration. Home sites begin in the low $200,000s.

Model homes are currently under construction on lots 32 and 46 and the clubhouse is under construction on lots 43 and 44.  Architectural renderings, floor plans and site photos of these models are displayed.  Additional models will be added as construction progresses.
